Doctor Evaluations will be held at our Louisville location every Tuesday and at our Lakewood location every Thursday.

Doctor Fee Schedule:

$75 – Renewals
$99.99 – Doctor Evaluations with patient medical history present.
$149.99 – Doctor Evaluations with no patient medical history present.

When naming CPM as your “Primary Medical Marijuana Center”, we will assist you with certified mailing at our Louisville or Lakewood stores.

If you name CPM as your Primary Medical Marijuana Center you will receive a 10% discount on ALL MEDS and Wellness Services (except for specials and sale items). When naming CPM as your MMC, by checking off the option “Self & Medical Marijuana Center” on your application in the appropriate field, you are allowing both CPM and yourself to grow six plants (many are concerned that they are giving away their right to grow). IMPORTANT: PER THE STATE OF COLORADO’S WEBSITE, THE MMJ REGISTRY IS TAKING ANYWHERE FROM 1 – 2 MONTHS TO HAVE YOUR CARD SENT TO YOU. THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR NEW MMJ CARD WILL BE ONE-YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE WHICH WORKS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
