Shari Turney

Shari Turney, RYT is an avid Yogini and Reiki practitioner. She teaches regular group classes in Hatha, Restorative, Laughter Yoga and does private Thai Yoga Bodywork (aka. Lazy Mans Yoga) and Reiki session.  Her group classes are uplifting and fun and often a blend of traditional yoga and Laughter Yoga.

Shari is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher and a graduate of the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda's yoga teacher training program. She has Reiki certifications from Foothills Therapeutics, and Thai Yoga practitioner certifications form the Ritam School of Healing Arts in Topanga, CA and Textured Motion in Denver, CO. In addition she is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader through Dr. Madan Kataria's School of Laughter Yoga and is Healtways SilverSneakers YogaStretch and MSROM (Muscle Strength Range of Motion) trained. To keep her practice fresh and her classes fun and exciting she is constantly adding to her yoga tool-kit with classes, workshops and travels to enchanting India.
